EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA February 10, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 10, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Matson, Kehr and Cushman; and the following were absent: Councilmember Johnson. Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7863 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT ~O. ST-85-14 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 10, 1986, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement on all that property in the area generally bounded by a line 300 feet west of Fairlawn Avenue and a line 200 feet east of Wheeler Street, County Road D and Milwood Avenue, by the installation of storm sewer main and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property for all of a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-85-14.
