<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-14 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 24th <br />day of February, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />ST-85-14 including an area generally bounded by a line 300 feet west of <br />Fairview Avenue, a line 200 feet east of Wheeler Street, County Road D, <br />and Millwood Avenue for the installation of a storm sewer main and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City ~anager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $244,077.98.
