EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the lath day of February, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Demos, and the following were absent: Johnson. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7864 PROHIBIT PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF CLEVELAND (M.S.A. NO. 241) FROM OAKCREST AVENUE TO PRIOR AVENUE WHEREAS, Cleveland Avenue, from Oakcrest Avenue to Prior Avenue, is a Municipal State Aid street; and, WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, including the prohibition of parking on both sides for roadways of this width; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of Cleveland (M.S.A. No. 241) from Oakcrest Avenue to Prior Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, this 10th day of February, 1986. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Demos, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
