<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />February 24, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 24, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City <br /> <br />Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City <br /> <br />Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7866 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-14 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />ST-85-14 consisting of the installation of storm sewer main and <br />necessary appurtenances on all that property in the area <br />generally bounded by a line 300 feet west of Fairlawn Avenue and <br />a line 200 feet east of Wheeler Street, County Road D and Milwood <br />Avenue, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently <br />estimated at $244,077.98, and substantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now <br />on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered <br />the views of all interested persons and being fUlly advised in <br />
