<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />February 24, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 24, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City <br /> <br />Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City <br /> <br />Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7867 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. p-85-31 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />p-85-31 consisting of the installation of grading, base, bitumi- <br />nous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermain and necessary <br />appurtenances on all that property abutting Roselawn Avenue bet- <br />ween Cleveland Avenue and Trunk Highway 280, as described in the <br />Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $650,025.00, <br />and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to <br />the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of <br />the City Manager; and having considered the views of all <br />interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the <br />
