<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 24, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br /> <br />Monday, the 24th day of February, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City <br /> <br />Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City <br /> <br />Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7869 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. M-86-06a PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property along County Road C-2 between Cleveland <br /> <br />Avenue and Hamline Avenue in the City of Roseville requesting <br /> <br />that the Council install street lighting and power therefore at <br /> <br />said location and requesting that the entire cost of said impro- <br /> <br />vement be assessed against their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />January 27, 1986, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br />
