<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APRIL 14, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 14, 1986, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7879 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-85-20A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on all that property abutting North Highway 36 <br /> <br />frontage road between Fairview Avenue and West Perimeter Road, by <br /> <br />the installation of drainage facilities, bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with <br /> <br />the Council on April 11, 1986, is hereby declared to be signed by <br />100% of the owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
