EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the fourteenth day of April, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. and the following were absent: None. Mayor Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7880 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SIGNED EARNEST MONEY CONTRACT WITH FAIRDALE INVESTORS WHEREAS, the city council held a public hearing on December 2, 1985, and approved the construction of Cleveland Avenue between Fairview Avenue and West Perimeter Drive, known as City Project No. P-85-20A; and WHEREAS, due to the design of the proposed construction it was necessary to negotiate for an easement from the abutting property owner known as Fairdale Investors; and WHEREAS, an Earnest Money Contract was negotiated and signed by the property owners; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota: The City Council does authorize the mayor and city manager to sign the Earnest Money Contract for Easement No. 86031-1. The motion for the adoption of the seconded by Councilmember Kehr and following voted in favor thereof: Demos. foregoing resolution was duly upon vote being taken thereon, the Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
