<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the fourteenth day of April, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7880 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SIGNED EARNEST MONEY CONTRACT <br />WITH FAIRDALE INVESTORS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council held a public hearing on December 2, 1985, and <br />approved the construction of Cleveland Avenue between Fairview Avenue <br />and West Perimeter Drive, known as City Project No. P-85-20A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the design of the proposed construction it was necessary <br />to negotiate for an easement from the abutting property owner known as <br />Fairdale Investors; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Earnest Money Contract was negotiated and signed by the <br />property owners; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: The City Council does authorize the mayor and <br />city manager to sign the Earnest Money Contract for Easement No. 86031-1. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the <br />seconded by Councilmember Kehr and <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Demos. <br /> <br />foregoing resolution was duly <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
