H 7 Zo Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a meeting of the City Council ,of the City of Roseville,, 'County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the, day o f it 1992 at 7:30 PM, 0 The floilloulng members were present.1 and the followinig were absent: 4 Milembler introduced the f ol,l,owing resoluti on and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO *I O Z _0 -Z P-1 sr z IM09-0, 0 I WHEREAS, the City Council, held a public hearing to determine whether or I P not said id,rainagiei and ut,10110ty easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and, IF 0 WHEREAS, it appears that in accordance with an approved PUD plan the said easements are not needed,, it would be benef icial to the public interest to vacate saiLd drainage easement * NOW THEREFORE 1 RESOLVED, that the City Council of the C 0 ty of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage and' utility easement over the property described as, f ol,l,ows All the Drainage and, Utility Easements across the West 22.5 feet of Lot 2 Block 1, Werner Heights, Ramsey County,, Minnesota except the following easements: North 20 feet of Lot 2; The West 21101 fleet, of the North 207 feet of Lot 2F 'The South 25 feet, of' Lot 211; 'The West 1,5 feet, of the South 105 feet of Lot 2 All that part of the Sa,nietary Siewer Easement (Doc. No. 1440671) shown lying with Lot 2, Block 1,, Werneir Heights,, Ramsey County, Minnesota, laid easement more, plarticularly described as the north 180 feet of the least 20 feet of the, west 1901 feet, of said Lot 2.
