<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />fourteenth day of April, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Demos, Matson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the foll9wing resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7883 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE PLANS FOR ROSELAWN AVENUE BETWEEN CLEVELAND AVENUE TRUNK <br /> <br />HIGHWAY 280 IDENTIFIED AS STATE AID PROJECT 62-626-02 AND CITY PROJECT NO. 85-31 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. S.A.P. 62-626-02 showing proposed alignment, <br />profiles, grades and cross-sections for the construction, reconstruction or <br />improvement of County State-Aid Highway No. 26 within the limits of the City as <br />a State Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Demos, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson. <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
