EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE . . . . . . . . Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the fourteenth day of April, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Demos, Johnson, Cushman, Matson and the following were absent: None Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7887 RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD C WHEREAS, the County has planned the improvement of County Road C (CSAH 23) from Pascal Avenue to Lexington Avenue; and WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds (S.A.P. 62-623-29) on the improvement of said street; and WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a County State Aid project in the City, has been determined. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of County Road C from Pascal Avenue to Lexington Avenue. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Demos, Cushman, Johnson, Matson. and the following voted against same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
