<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-eight of April, 1986, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Cushman, Kehn <br />and Johnson, <br /> <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Kehn introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7892 <br /> <br />NO PARKING ON EAST CLEVELAND AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, East Cleveland Avenue from West Perimeter Road to Fairview Avenue <br />is a Municipal State Aid Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, including <br />the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-eight foot wide <br />designs. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both <br />sides of East Cleveland Avenue from West Perimeter Road to Fairview <br />Avenue identified as Roseville Project No. P-85-20A. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />
