EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of September, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski, and the following were absent: Wa 11 . Member Haschra introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9343 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON THE GATEWAY WEST BUS!NESS CENTER ROSEV!LLE PLAT WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said drainage and utility easements in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said easements.
