<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APRIL 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1986, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Kehr, <br /> <br />Johnson, Cushman and Matson; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7894 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 1986 CONTRACT A <br />IMPROVEMENT NOS.
