<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-SS-86-10 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />9th day of June, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-W-SS-86-10 including all that property lying East of 35-W, West of Cleveland <br />Avenue, North of County Road C, and South of County Road D by the installation <br />of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $731,313.20.
