<br />trans~er of the Cable Communications Franchise Ordinance <br />to North Central. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Rosevi11e <br /> <br />1. Based upon the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of the <br /> <br /> <br />North Suburban Cable Commission (attached hereto and made <br /> <br /> <br />a part hereof) the City denies the request to approve the <br /> <br /> <br />transfer of ownership and control of Group W Cable of the <br /> <br /> <br />North Suburbs, Inc. and transfer of the Cable Communications <br /> <br /> <br />Franchise Ordinance to North Central Cable Communications, L.P. <br /> <br />The above listed resolution was moved by Council Member <br /> <br />Johnson <br /> <br />, and duly seconded by Council Member <br /> <br />Matson <br /> <br />The following Council Members voted in the affirmative: <br />Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. <br /> <br />The following Council Members voted in the negative: <br />None. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 12th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />~ay <br /> <br />, 1986. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
