<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JUNE 9, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 9, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br /> <br />Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, <br /> <br />Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7906 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-Ss-w-86-10 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-SS-W-86-10 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances on all that property lying <br />east of 35W, west of Cleveland Avenue, north of County Road C and <br />south of County Road D, as described in the Notice of Hearing at <br />a cost presently estimated at $731,313.20, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />
