<br />Resolution No. 7908 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that: <br /> <br />1. The City of Roseville hereby authorizes a fair-share contribution <br />of $5,059.00 to be submitted to Lutheran Social Services in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Joint Powers Agreement to <br />fund the Pilot Program from January 1 to December 31, 1987. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby directed to submit this resolution to <br />the Home-Share Steering Committee, c/o Randall Johnson, Department <br />of Community Development, 1902 East County Road B, Maplewood, MN, <br />55109, on or before August 1. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />this 9th day of June, 1986. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Matson and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, <br />Kehr and Demos, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held <br />on the 9th day of June 1986, with the original thereof on file in <br />my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 13th day of June, <br />1986. <br /> <br />c-- <br /> <br />( <br />~~mes F.
