EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA JUNE 9, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 9th day of June, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehrj and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7909 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-14 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 14, 1986, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including all that property abutting Lydia Avenue from Highcrest Road to Brenner Street and abutting Stanbridge Street from Lydia Avenue to Patton Road by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. p-86-14. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on July 28, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota
