<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-14 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 28th <br />day of JUly, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-86-14 including all property abutting Lydia Avenue from Highcrest Road to <br />Brenner Street and Standbridge Street from Lydia Avenue to Patton Road by the <br />installation of base, bituminous paving, oonorete curb and gutter and neoessary <br />apputenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement 1s presently estimated at $141,932.79. The area <br />proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />ST. ANTHONY PLAZA <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Blook 2 <br />Lots 1 and 15 thru 18, Block 3 <br /> <br />ST. ANTHONY PLAZA PLAT NO. 2 <br /> <br />Lots 8 thru 12 and Lots 22 thru 24, Blook 7 <br />Lots 8 thru 14, Block 8 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area <br />proposed to be assessed therefore may appear and be heard by the City Council <br />at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June 23, 1986 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
