<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JUNE 9, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of <br /> <br />June, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehrj and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7912 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. w-82-15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on <br /> <br />September 23, 1985, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. W-82-15 and has pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Review, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement No. w-82-15 shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />basis of cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids <br />
