The Mayor and Manager are hereby autlorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Lake Area Util.ty for $243,161.00 <br />in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements <br />according to the plans and specifications th ~reof heretofore <br />approved by the City Council and on file in ;he office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />2.
