Resolution No. 7917 Page 2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City 0: Roseville, as follows: 1. Subject to the approval of the City Attol'ney, the forms of the Supplemental Loan Agreement and Supp: .emental Indenture are approved in substantially the forms : :ubmi tted. The Supplemental Loan Agreement and Supplemel,tal Indenture, in substantially the forms submitted, are d:.rected to be executed in the name and on behalf of thE: City by the Mayor and the City Manager. 2. The approval hereby given to the documenis referred to above includes approval of such additional deti.ils therein as may be necessary and appropriate and such moc.ifications thereof, deletions therefrom and additions theretc' as may be necessary and appropriate and approved b~' the City Attorney prior to the execution of the documents. The execution of any instrument by the appropriate office] or officers of the City herein authorized shall be conclusi'e evidence of the approval of such documents in accordance with the terms hereof. 3. In the absence of the Mayor or City Mana~er, any of the documents authorized by this resolution to be executed may be executed by the Acting Mayor or the Acting City Manager, respectively, or by any other officer of the City deemed appropriate by the City Attorney. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Ro~eville, Minnesota, this 23rd day of June, 1986. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing lesolution was duly seconded by member Matson and upon a vote beirg taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushmar, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Demos, and the following voted agairst the same: None.
