EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA JUNE 23, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 23, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7918 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-83-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 13, 1986, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement reconstructing the Snelling Avenue frontage roads near County Road B by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. p-83-6. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on July 28, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed
