EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEET: NG OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA JUNE 23, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 1986, at 7:30 < 'clock p.m. The following members were present: May<r Demos and Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and I ehr; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Johnson introduced the fol: owing resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7919 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ] 'ROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT 10. p-86-16 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Ci t:' of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 9, 1986, 'he Council has directed the City Public Works Director to pl'epare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed iliprovement including all that property abutting Skillman Avenue fl 'om East Snelling Frontage Road to Asbury Street by the instal:ation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessal'y appurtenances. The Ci ty Public Works Director was also dire( ted to include in the report the estimated cost of the propose< improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be m, ,de as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and COI sidered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the offi ce of the Ci ty Manager. The impr( ,vemen t proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in tl,e report is designated as Improvement No. p-86-16. 2.
