<br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cit) Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 176,002.25 . <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvements <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his <br />office for public inspection. The City Manaser may arrange for <br />the assistance of the Data Processing Divisicn of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed as~essment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for treir further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearirg therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregcing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Matson and upcn vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All }resent; and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
