<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14,1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7924 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-84-8; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. ST-84-8 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property in the general area <br /> <br />north of County Road B-2, south of Oakcrest Avenue and between <br /> <br />Fairview Avenue and Fry Street by the installation of storm sewer <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area de~cribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on tre improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $~,626.21 and the other expEnses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br /> <br />$ 51,373.05 so tha t the total cos t of the im!lrovemen ts wi 11 be <br /> <br />$ 286,999.8,6 and of this cost the City will pay $215,249.89 as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br />
