<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on JUly 14, 1986. at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayer Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and ~ehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the follovling resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7925 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT ~O. P-84-19; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. p-84-19 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Oxford <br /> <br />Street from Woodhill Drive to County Road C-~ and Judith Avenue <br /> <br />from Aglen Street to Oxford Street by the in~tallation of bitumi- <br /> <br />nous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenan- <br /> <br />ces; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area deEcribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on tte improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $_~26J~~_~~ and the other expenses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in che making of said improvements amounts to <br /> <br />$ 46 944.27 so that the total cost of the im~ rovements will be <br />---'----- ----- <br /> <br />$ jto_JJ5-.?_8_..-.?), and of i:.h i s cos t the Ci ty wi 11 ~ ay $l:.?j.L ~JJ-.:..?l-_ as <br />
