<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14,1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on JUly 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayer Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7926 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-20; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. p-84-20 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Galtier <br /> <br />Street from South Owasso Boulevard to County Road C-2 by the <br /> <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $6 8,037.11 and the other expenses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br /> <br />$ 17,147.68 so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$ 85,184.79, and of this cost the City will pay $ 51,507.01 as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br />
