<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14,1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7928 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. p-84-24 and p-84-24A <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Impr~vements No. p-84-24 <br />and p-84-24A of the City of Roseville on all that property <br /> <br />abutting Sextant Avenue between Victoria Street and Dale Street <br /> <br />and Grotto Street from Sextant Avenue to County Road B-2 by the <br /> <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area des~ribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br /> <br />the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvements is $-lq7 6~7 98and the other expenses incurred or to <br />. <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br /> <br />$. 48l286.16 so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$245,943.14, and of this cost the City will pay $190,991.34 as <br />
