<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEET II rG <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the C: ty of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July' 4, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayol' Demos and <br /> <br />Counc i Imembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and KI !hr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followil g resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7929 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT N(I. P-84-25; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND (IRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMElT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contrac ts have been let for Impr( ,vemen t No. p-84-25 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Wheeler <br /> <br />Avenue between Oakcrest Avenue and the south : eg of Rose Place by <br /> <br />the installation of bituminous paving, concre1 e curb and gutter <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area des( ribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on thE improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contlact price for such <br /> <br />improvemen tis $ 10, 4f1 7 so and the other exper ses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvement~ amounts to <br /> <br />$ 4,819.71 so that the total cost of the implovements will be <br /> <br />$ 35,287.21, and of this cost the City will pcy $26,459.05 as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br />
