EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of February, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A WATER -SRI COURSE AND WATER -SRI JUMP ON LAKE OWASSO WHEREAS, the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association has requested approval of a water -ski course and water -ski jump on Lake Owasso; and WHEREAS, the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association has received approval for a water -ski course and jump on Lake Owasso for a number of years; and WHEREAS, there have bee no significant objections to the water -ski course and jump; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby recommend to the appropriate governing authority that the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association request for a water -ski course and water -ski jump on Lake Owasso be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
