It is recommended that the City Council approve a lot <br />division for North Heights Hardware at 2595 Rice Street. <br />4. It is recommended that the City Council approve the rear <br />yard and sideyard setback variances at 2595 and 2611 Rice <br />Street with the following conditions: <br />a. That staff approve a revised landscape plan. <br />b. That staff approve lighting details. <br />C. That a final grading and drainage plan be submitted for <br />
