<br />C -1 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the Barbara Hunn, BARBARA
<br />dba Keys Lexington Cafe, application for Wine License HUNN DBA
<br />and Nonintoxicating Malt Beverage License at 1682 KEYS
<br />Lexington Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Cushman, JOhnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />C -2 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that action on an GAME ROOM
<br />ordinance providing for the regulation of amusement ORDINANCE
<br />devices and game rooms be continued to the City
<br />Council meeting of February 25, 1991. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />F -1 Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8654, RESOLUTION
<br />imposing parking restrictions on the north side of 8654
<br />Skillman Avenue, between Hamline Avenue and Lexington
<br />Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />F -2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, Resolution 8655, RESOLUTION
<br />approving the low bid of Dain Bosworth at the rate of 8655
<br />$6.028, be accepted for the annual Special Assessment
<br />Improvement Bonds. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />F -3 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8656, RESOLUTION
<br />in support of the voluntary integration of the 8656
<br />St. Paul and Roseville Area School Systems, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />F -4 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the 1991 /1992 MAINTENANC
<br />Maintenance contract be approved, and authorizing the CONTRACT
<br />City Manager to execute a contract incorporating the
<br />following settlement terms:
<br />1. Wages:
<br />1991 4 percent increase
<br />1992 4 percent increase
<br />2. Insurance Contribution:
<br />1991 Increase $20 /month, to a total of $250 /month
<br />1992 Increase by an amount sufficient to cover 50
<br />percent of the insurance cost increase, to a
<br />maximum of $15 /month
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog.
