Johnson and KI :hr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Counc i lmember Kehr introduced the follo.lillg resol uti on and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7930 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NI). p-84-29; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND I )RDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMEI fT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprl lvement No. p-84-29 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Marion <br /> <br />Avenue between Maple Lane and South Owasso BOllevard by the <br /> <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete Clrb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area des lribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on th~ improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the cont 'act price for such <br />improvement is $~~_~~:_~!_ and the other expelses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvement) amounts to <br /> <br />$_~~~~~~~~~ so that the total cost of the imp'ovements will be <br />$_6_4_~56_",-5_?_, and of this cost the City will p iy $~~~!_:}!_._ as <br />its share of the cost. <br />
