County Road B. <br />Background: <br />1. The City has approved a preliminary plat for 202 W. County <br />Road B. <br />2. The hearing on the final plat was continued from February 25, <br />1991 to March 11, 1991. <br />3. Staff has received an appraisal and staff will be making an <br />offer to Mr. Zeece to implement the Council directive to <br />purchase the lot. <br />4. Mr. Zeece has submitted a final plat drawing for City <br />approval. <br />5. The Public Works Department has reviewed the proposed plat <br />drawing and would recommend that the plat be changed as <br />follows: <br />a. That_ the street name be changed to either Woodbridge or <br />Albermarle to match an existing street name in the area. <br />b. That 10 foot wide drainage and utility easements be <br />shown along all front property lines and 5 foot drainage <br />and utility easements be shown along the side property <br />lines. <br />C. That the location of the existing drainage and utility <br />easement on the site be adjusted to coincide with the <br />actual pipe location. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />1. Staff recommends that the City Council approve Steve and <br />Trottie Zeece request for final plat at 202 W. County Road B <br />with the following conditions: <br />a. That the street name be changed to either Woodbridge or <br />Albermarle to match an existing street name in the area. <br />
