<br />C -6 Johnson moved that an ordinance placing more stringent GAME Room
<br />restrictions on the operation and location of game ORDINANCE
<br />rooms be amended by restricting game rooms within 800
<br />feet of residential, school, or park property instead
<br />of 1,500 feet. Motion died for lack of a second.
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that an ordinance
<br />placing more stringent restrictions on the operation
<br />and location of game rooms be amended by restricting
<br />game rooms within 1,000 feet of residential, school,
<br />or park property instead of 1,500 feet. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman and Johnson. Nays: Thomas, Maschka,
<br />and Rog.
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1089, ORDINANCE
<br />providing for the regulation of amusement devices and 1089
<br />game rooms and further prohibiting certain uses of land
<br />in all zoning districts by amending the City Code of
<br />the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />C -7 Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that a resolution PROJECT 91 -04
<br />ordering Improvement Project 91 -04, Terrace Drive
<br />reconstruction, Fairview to Lincoln, Alternate I, a 44
<br />foot cross section with no median, be adopted.
<br />Johnson moved that the resolution be amended by adding
<br />that right -of -way shall be dedicated for the extension
<br />of Lincoln Drive on the northwest side of the Edina
<br />Realty office building. Motion died for lack of a
<br />second.

<br />Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8659, RESOLUTION
<br />ordering improvement Project 91 -04, Terrace Drive re- 8659
<br />construction, Fairview Avenue to Lincoln Drive, using
<br />Alternate 2, with landscaping as presented, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Nays: Johnson.
<br />D. ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />D -1 Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the following be ETHICS
<br />appointed to the Roseville Ethics Commission: COMMISSION
<br />Deon Stuthman, 1885 Fernwood, three year term
<br />expiring March 31, 1994;
<br />John Demma, 1160 County Road C -2 W., two year term
<br />expiring March 31, 1993;
<br />Daniel Kleinberger, 1818 Twin Circle Drive, Mendota
<br />Heights, 55118, one year term expiring March 31,
<br />1992.
