<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETINI r <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Ci;y of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Ci ty Hall on July 1 I, 1986, at 7: 30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kelrj and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followin~ resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7931 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NC. P-84-32j <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND CRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENr ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprcvement No. P-84-32 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Maple Lane <br /> <br />between Galtier Street and Rice Street by the installation of <br /> <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter ard necessary appur- <br /> <br />tenancesj and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on thE improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $~222.95 and the other experses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvement, amounts to <br /> <br />$ 14,110.40 so that the total cost of the implovements will be <br /> <br />$ 76,333.35, and of this cost the City will PLY $62,656.63 as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br />
