They have, assisted the Parks and Recreation Department <br />IN <br />in a, number of events, including park cleanup, the Easter Egg Hunt and <br />the.-, Rose Parade,, Additionally, 'they sponsor a number of other <br />activities throughout the Roseville area,. <br />46 0 <br />The Roseville Jaycees are requesting permission to host a community <br />street dance on June 8,, 1991* The dance would be held 'in the Ice <br />Arena parking lot begionning at 8:00 p-I, and ending at midnight. <br />As a part of' this event, they also ask permission 'to serve 3.2 beer. <br />a N! <br />The City has, allowed non-profit community groups to host such <br />ectivities "in the past providing they, follow the following guiaeiines. <br />They must provide appropriate Dram, Shop insurance. <br />They must arrange for security with the Roseville Police Reserve, <br />They must provide the required portable restroom facilities. <br />They must present an overall plan outlining exactly how the event <br />w ill be olperiat,ed. <br />i <br />I* <br />Financial IMplicat 311ons <br />a <br />There will be, no f inancial involvement of the City of Roseville,.
