<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7933 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. p-84-37; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHERgAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. p-84-37 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property on Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />from Oakcrest Avenue to County Road B-2 and on County Road B-2 <br /> <br />from Fairview Avenue to Snelling Avenue by the installation of <br /> <br />roadway and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $ 82,524.81 and the other expenses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br /> <br />$18,838.09 so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$ 101,362.9p and of this cost the City will pay $ 76,022.17 as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br />
