<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and KEhr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followirg resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7935 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NC. W-84-40; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND CRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSME~T ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprcvement No. W-84-40 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property from Fairview <br /> <br />Avenue at Bruce Avenue to 1200 feet west by tte installation of <br /> <br />watermains and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on thE improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $5l,047~ and the other experses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvement~ amounts to <br /> <br />$5,442.62 <br /> <br />so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br /> <br />$56,489.62 , and of this cost the City will pcy $42,367.21 as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br />
