<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETIliG <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14,1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Cjty of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July ~4, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and KEhr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followir.g resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7936 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NC. P-85-4; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND CRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSME~T ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprcvement No. p-85-4 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Snelling <br /> <br />Frontage Road from Oakcrest Avenue to Snelling Avenue by the <br /> <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contr~ct price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $ 46,230.21 and the other expenses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br /> <br />$39,677.37 so that the total cost of the impr)vements will be <br />$ 85,907.58, and of this cost the City will par $~~~ as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br />
