<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14,1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followirg resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7941 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-85-23 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND CRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSME~T ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprcvement No. <br /> <br />SS-W-P-85-23 of the City of Roseville on all that property on the <br /> <br />east side of Snelling Avenue between Snelling Avenue and County <br /> <br />Road C by the installation of bituminous pavirg, concrete curb <br /> <br />and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainaEe facilities and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on thE improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $ 42,590.50 and the other experses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvement~ amounts to <br /> <br />$ 5,110.85 so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br /> <br />$ 47.701.35, and of this cost the City will pc:y $ 26,55:L09 as <br />
