<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETIN} <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting on <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall on the 14th day of July, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7943 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NOS. SS-W-ST-p-82-12, <br />W-82-15 AND SS-W-85-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were <br /> <br />received on July 8, 1986, at 11:00 o'clock a.n., opened and tabu- <br /> <br />lated according to law and the following bids were received <br /> <br />complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Burschville Construction <br />Lake Area Utility, Inc. <br />Bonine Excavating, Inc. <br /> <br />$311 ,376.55 <br />334,114.50 <br />433,422.00 <br />
