<br />Relciently the council recei'ved a copy of the feasibility report for the
<br />proposed, Ramsey County reconstruction project involving Cleveland Avenue
<br />friom Larpilentieu,r Avenue to County Road B., The council received the
<br />report and, asked that neighborhood meetings be scheduled with affected
<br />Ni
<br />property owners prior to taking action on the feasibility report.

<br />A, neicthborhood, meeting was, held 'in Falcon Heights City Hall on January
<br />29j, 19910. At that time input was received from the public regarding the
<br />III Diroject. A numberlof concerns and questions were raised during the
<br />p�ublic review of the proliect,
<br />Ramsey County has provided additional information regardinq the project

<br />which addresses, many of the issues and questions raised durinq the

<br />public rie,vi,ew,prociess,, The 'information is enclosed for council review.
<br />Also, officials from Ramsey County will, be available at the March 26,
<br />1,1990, council meeting to discuss the project further,,
<br />At this, time, it is recommended that the council take the following
