<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVI::'LE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />if <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, M~lnesota, on Monday, the <br />fourteenth day of May, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock 'p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Johnson, Matson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7944 <br /> <br />RICE STREET ROADWAY AND BRIDGE RECONSTI:UCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has prepared plans, special <br />provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 126 <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway 49 within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Roseville from South Owasso Boulevard to the north city limits and seeks the <br />approval thereof; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and specifications for the <br />improvement of said Trunk Highway within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Roseville be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as <br />shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes and grade occasioned <br />by said construction. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city does hereby agree to require the parking <br />of all vehicles if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said <br />city, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb to the highway and at <br />least 20 feet from any cross walks on all publiC streets intersecting said Trunk <br />Highway. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, this 14th day <br />of July, 1986. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Matson. and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follmdng voted in favor <br />thereof: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos, anc the following voted <br />against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adppted. <br />
