<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, JUly 28, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Charles Honchell, City P~blic Works <br /> <br />Director; Pamela Converse Zeran of Peterson, Bell, Converse & <br /> <br />Jensen, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & <br /> <br />Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7947 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. p-83-6 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. p-83-6 <br />consisting of the installation of base, bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances on all that property abutting Snelling Frontage <br />Road serving the Northwest Corner Snelling Avenue and County Road <br />B, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently <br />estimated at $295,500, and substantially in accordance with the <br />preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons and being fUlly advised in the <br />
