Rose Of Lima, Case No. 20515 Page 2 <br />We understand that the congregation proposes to curb the westerly side <br />ioif this parking lot, during, this coming seasono, Therefore, this lot is not <br />an i,ssule in this application. <br />Also ait,t,aiched, is a, stat,em� ent from the congregation outlining their <br />request, fior the variances generally, as follows: <br />a) A variance to the parking lost setback re,qui , rement. along the south <br />side of Eldridge Avenue. Here the parking lot is immediately <br />clontiguous to the right -of-way and the 15, feet of landscaped area <br />bleltween the pear king and the public right-of-way does not exist. <br />This area of the parking lot (north side) should also have a <br />concrietei curb, around the periphery., <br />A varii,ance, to the requirement that, driveway openings to the <br />public right- of -way will not be less than 26, feet and that the <br />driveways, will be constructed with new curving., <br />c) The paivi Ci <br />ng on the ty right-of-way i , in the southeast corner of <br />the property will be removed and replaced with sod. <br />d::) A concrete curb will be coln�str,ucted along the south edge of 'the <br />existing plarki,n�g lots <br />-- <br />W - L <br />In gieneral, the curibing was to be added on the east, south, and wes <br />side. The recommendation was that thiis curbing would be added over <br />five year periold so as aillow, time for the congregation to budget fol <br />this wor1k. The Council approved a, var,iance, to the curbing requiremen <br />I <br />without, stipulating a requitrement, th�at the curbing be added over time.
