<br />to build a 10-foot hig�h
<br />scrlid wooden fence along the north
<br />property, line so as, to,
<br />scrieen the contiguous single-family lots and
<br />the old European Spa,
<br />property to the north.. Thisi fence i,s to
<br />extend easterly to the
<br />old Snelling Avenue righ�t-olf-w,ay. Part of
<br />the pu�rpose of this fence,
<br />is to screen the snow removal and
<br />loading' activities that
<br />will occur at, the nort,hwest, corner of the
<br />discount grocery store
<br />site (Rainbow Foods,). This fence is also
<br />intended to, screen the
<br />loading area that is set oiu�t at, an angle in
<br />the, back of the major
<br />tenant, space slightly to the west (at the
<br />lower l,evel)l.,
