Attachment G <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />2, of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the I oth day of January 2011 at 6.-00 <br />3 p.m. <br />,4, The following Members were present.* <br />5 and were absent. <br />6 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />7' RESOLUTION NO. <br />8 A RESOLUTION APPROVING OUTDOOR STORAGE OF DEMOLITION RUBBLE, <br />9 AT 2295 WALNUT STREET AS AN INTERIM USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1013.09 <br />10 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE (FF 1 - 29) <br />11 WHEREAS the property at 2295 Walnut Street is owned by Merits x Enterprises, Inc., <br />12, and <br />13 WHEREAS,, the subject property is legally described as.- <br />14 SECTION 8 TOWN 29 RANGE 23 THE S 30 FT OF THE W 700 FT OF THE SW 1/4 OF <br />15 NW 1/4 AND THAT PART LYING I L Y OF WALNUT ST OF THE W 700 FT OF THE <br />16 NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 (SUBJ TO ESMTS) IN SEC 8 TN 29 RN 23 <br />1 7' PIN: 08-29-2 3-�32-0004 <br />18 WHEREAS,, the property owner seeks to allow the existing pile of rubble to remain on <br />19 the property with the intent of selling the material during the 2011 construction season; and <br />2,0 WHEREAS,, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />2,1 proposed INTERIM USE on November 17, 2010, voting to recommend approval of the use <br />2,2, through July 2011, based on the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for said <br />2,3 public hearing which were found to adequately address the concerns raised by the public as well <br />24 as the City's interests; and <br />2,5 WHEREAS,, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br />2,6 INTERIM USE will not result in adverse effects on the public health, safety, and general <br />2`7 welfare,, and that it will not impose additional costs on the public if it is necessary for the public <br />2,8 to take the property in the future; <br />2,9 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />30 the proposed INTERIM USE in accordance with Section §1013.09 of the Roseville City Code, <br />31 subject to the following conditions.- <br />32, a. Silt fencing surrounding the rubble pile shall be maintained in proper, functioning <br />33 condition for as long as the pile remains; <br />Page I of 3 <br />
